New Challenges for Cultural Heritage: Supporting Biodiversity in the Face of Climate Change
This themed issue collects together papers from sociocultural anthropologists and archaeologists that address how cultural heritage supports biodiversity in the face of threats posed by global climate change. In general, cultural heritage research examines how historic resources become mobilized in the present for pressing societal issues, functioning as a meta‐cultural mirror for reflecting on and enacting social change.
