There is a new 40-minute documentary film called Brookford Almanac, which follows a first-generation farm family in New Hampshire over the course of a year. During the year, the family unexpectedly loses it’s lease on its land, which raises a new theme beyond the general beauties and frustrations of farm life: land access.
Brookford Almanac is funded in part by the LEF Foundation and premiered at the Salem Film Festival. It is now available on DVD.
